For the past 2-3 weeks everywhere I go people ask have been saying, "Oh! How much longer?" Not a single person has been able to hide their shock when I tell them December/FOUR months. Then they usually tell me they thought for sure I was going to say"any day now". Of course I think I've always looked a little bit bigger. My baby belly just sticks straight out. And up until a few days ago I didn't really think I was that much bigger than I was with my other two. But when I got home from our trip I weighed myself, and woah! At 24 weeks I have already gained 16lbs. At 23 weeks with Capri I had only gained 9lbs. That's quite the difference. And I have been VERY uncomfortable lately. Way more so than I remember being with the other two. I actually was never really that uncomfortable with the other two, even at the end. But this baby feels lower and I have definitely put on some unneeded lbs. Last week in Oregon my sister-in-law Mickie said she thinks I'm bigger around than she has ever been even at the end of her pregnancies. So we measured. Yup. I was already at 37" and had her beat by at least a few inches (and I still had 17 weeks to go). I have never measured my waist while pregnant so I'm not sure how it compares to the past, but today I decided I MUST be quite a bit bigger than the first two and looked up some pictures from the past. So here I am at 23 weeks with each pregnancy.
Umm . . . I'm noticing a pattern here that I do NOT like!!

How funny! Yep you are definitely bigger. Gonna have a big boy! Maybe gestational diabetes? I hope not, but that could be why baby is bigger??? You are still adorable.
oh stop it! You look beautiful. Your body is just good at stretching now. Just take it as a sign of a pro-pregnancy belly :) My belly gets bigger earlier with each one too, but I look like a beached whale compared to your tiny little self. I had people asking me if I was pregnant this last time when I was only 8 weeks. How embarrassing. lol.
It has been a LONG time since i've been able to visit your blog, so I had to play speed catch up. So excited for you guys to have another boy and I'm eager to hear the names your thinking of...

I got huge with my pregnancies too. I gained like 60 lbs or something crazy with Jack, and that's exercising an hour a day and staying away from sweets. For some reason I just could not control it - and I didn't have gestational diabetes. I gained a lot less (20-25 less) with the other ones and didn't change my habits. So maybe its just the pregnancy too. It's crazy how each pregnancy is different, each person is different. You look beautiful, your baby will be beautiful. Sorry for all the 'fun' comments. My sister was due in May and got comments in January about the 'any day now' too because she just didn't have any room for the baby to go but out. I told her to make a journal of "what not to say to pregnant women" because she got a lot of "are you sure you're not having twins?" and things like that. Fun times, being pregnant!

oh you are so dang cute! i'm huge huge pregnant! everyone tells me the same things. it's like . if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all. haha. you are SOOO beautiful! just remember that!
