Twilight & Christmas

Ok, so I know I have totally neglecting my blog!!  (My 19 credits are finally catching up to me - ugh)  We haven't been up to much lately, just a lot of studying.
Of course we saw Twilight on the 21st (opening night), and loved it!  I was worried it wasn't going to be too good, and went into it with pretty low expectations - though I liked the books so much I was pretty sure the movie could be terrible and I would still like it.  But I really thought it was good!  And Jordan really enjoyed it too :)  I'm looking forward to seeing it again this Christmas with my mom!!

So, I've been really stressed with school these past few weeks (finals are this coming week), and they had wreath making on campus today, so Jordan and his brother Nate went and made us wreaths!  Jordan did such a good job!  He spent hours working on it, and it looks so great!  Since we're not going to be home for Christmas (we're going to California) we decided not to get a tree, so I'm trying to figure out a way we can hang the wreath inside to make our apartment smell like Christmas :)  Jordan also dug through our storage closet and pulled out our Christmas decorations.  Last year, an AmaZinG family back home, the Sidwells, loaded us up with all kinds of Christmas deco, so we have 3 beautiful pre-lit garlands (thanks Sidwells!!!!!!) but I was only able to find a spot for one (they're so big - and our apartment is so small).  Our apartment looks a little more like Christmas now :)

Hey cool wreath! Thats how I am with Christmas decor. It has ended up all in one spot in the corner of the kitchen. Matt really wants a fireplace now, he wants to knock out a wall and put one in... uhh I dont think we can do that.

Good job Jordan and Nate. That's the way to look after your wives. I hope you are making dinner so that also takes off some stress from Michaela.
