It was so much fun dressing Calin up in his costumes! He was just so cute!
Thursday we carved pumpkins. (Do you see a bat or a moon??)
Friday we went to our ward Halloween party. Everyone had such great costumes!!! Can you tell what Calin was dressed up as? (I think he could be a number of things if you only see him from the front. We were pirates (yes, again), no creativity this year.

Adam and Shanna are in our ward and were the cutest nerds ever :)
Nate and Kelly came up on Halloween to visit. We took family pics during the day then they went trick-or-treating that night. I tried to get some pics of Calin with his cousins while they were all dressed up, but Calin was hungry and grumpy. Or maybe he was just playing his part and ROARing :) So cute how Dallin and Tanner are trying to comfort him though! Such sweet cousins!
I took these at different times when he was a bit happier. He usually loved being in his costumes cause they were so comfy and cuddly.
Tonight we're making caramel apples!! Something I wanted to do this weekend, but we ran out of time. So I can't wait :)

Carmel Apples are SOOO Yummy. We made them 2 times all ready and Matt eats them soooo fast!

Calin looks so cute in his costumes. Some pictures he looks just like kyla and others it's handsdown jordan's baby! I guess he will just keep changing! We hope you come for christmas or at least sometime soon after that so we can meet him. Oh and kyla your hair rocks darker it really makes your eyes stand out, super cute I love it!
Walker wore that same turtle costume last year...it is adorable. I liked the lion costume also (did you let him wear it in his little jungle?)

I started searching for the name and it pulled up your site, I was wondering if you can tell me if you pronounce his name Cal-in, and if you have had any problems with people pronouncing his name at all. We do pronounce his name Cal-in. We thought we made it up also, because we've never known anyone with that name, but since his birth we've heard of quite a few. Chris O'Donnell even plays a character on NCIS named Callen (different spelling, same pronunciation). Most of the Calin's that we hear of are spelled Callen.
Most people pronounce it right when looking at the spelling, but we've had a couple people say Cay-lin. But I'm pretty sure any way you spell it, people will mispronounce it every once in a while (doesn't that happen with everyone's name?! haha)
