Last weekend Jordan and I went to the Orioles vs Yankees game at Camden Yards in Baltimore. It was a sunny day, but we lucked out and got seats that were shaded the entire time. As you can see from our picture Jordan was going for the Yankees and I was going for the Orioles. Mostly because those were the only shirts we could find here in Philadelphia. Every sports store we went to only had Phillies stuff! I went to probably 10 different places searching for shirts! If I would have known it was going to be that difficult I probably would have just bought tickets to a Phillies game. But in the end I think we lucked out. I finally found an Orioles shirt that kind of fit me and it was on clearance! Only $2!! And I found the Yankees one on sale too!! What a deal! Haha. Well, the game was a blast and the Yankees won!
After the game we drove down to the DC Temple to walk around the grounds a bit. Each time we have been able to go to the temple this summer we haven't had time to walk around. It is such a beautiful temple, and set in such a gorgeous area! Then we had dinner at The Cheesecake Factory, yum! And on our way home I got to see the Temple all lit up from the freeway. I have always heard stories about how gorgeous it is at night from the freeway and how it looks like a huge castle floating in the sky between the trees. And that is exactly what it looks like! Wow! It was so amazing! One of my favorite things I have seen out here :)
