Kelly's Baby Shower

Saturday was my sister-in-law's baby shower in Pocatello. I had lots of fun putting it together, but I wish I would have had more time to take some pictures. I was running late, and felt silly taking pictures once the girls arrived. So these are the cruddy pictures I did get.









Our other S.I.L, Mickie, couldn't make it, but she sent this super cute diaper cake that she made. I couldn't believe how well she got it to match!!



I wish I would have double this picture Mickie took, before I set up the diaper cake, but of course I was running late. Here is how Mickie set it up. Isn't it SO cute!!



I made a paper mobile that I hung from the ceiling. It turned out really cute! Cuter than it looks in these horrible pictures :)



And we played a few games which I thought I would post, and you all can play along too :)

The first one was like The Price is Right, except I just printed off pictures of items from Bloomingdale's and Saks Fifth Avenue. As I held up the picture I read the description and everyone put down their guesses. Then I revealed the real price for all of them and whoever had the lowest total difference was the winner.

How did you do? One girl at the shower actually went over by over $500! All the other girls were under by $400-$900.

The other game was my favorite. Or I guess it would have been my favorite if I actually played it and got the candy instead of giving it all away :)

I spread 30 candy bars over a table that all the girls gathered around. As I read out a word or phrase, the girls guessed the candy bar associated with it. Whoever said it first got to keep it!

That was bout all we did over the weekend. Jordan came with me to Pocatello and watched Calin and our two nephews during Kelly's shower. They went to Lowes and built some fun stuff (mirrors I think?) Calin has SO much fun with his cousins now that he can walk around with them! They kept wandering off all over the place! It made me nervous, but at the same time I thought it was the cutest thing watching little Calin walk around with so much confidence with big cousins. They're all just such cute boys!
