This weekend we went to Pocatello to visit Nate and Kelly and see their new place. When we got there Saturday afternoon, we dropped Calin off, and headed to "Five Guys" for a little date with just the two of us.
Our first Five Guys experience was almost 3 years ago when lived near Philadelphia for the summer. That was our favorite summer ever! It was filled with so many adventures, good food (some that even made their way to Idaho, like Five Guys), great friends, beautiful scenery and gardens, a church history tour across the states, oh I could go on and on about everything I loved about that summer, but that would take forever, so just click here, scroll through the pics and you'll see :) So our date to Five Guys was a fun time filled with lots of reminiscing of our fun East Coast summers. And though we won't be going east coast again this summer, I have no doubt we're going to have a blast, and I can not wait, I am so excited!
(Oh, and if you haven't tried that malt vinegar with the fries, try it!! It's delicious!)
Sunday we woke up to about a foot of snow that had fallen over night. It was pretty in the morning, but now the streets are icy and dangerous again. But with all this reminiscing about our summers and knowing that our next summer adventure will begin in just over a month and a half, I can finally start counting down our snowy Rexburg days! Yay!
Today Jordan will be studying all day (after he finishes the laundry for me, how sweet is that! I can't wait to have our own washer and dryer), and since I've had a craving for movie theater popcorn (ha, horrible huh!) Calin and I might celebrate Presidents Day with a trip to the dollar theater to see Tangled again.
