Fall Fun

We are finally starting to enjoy Arizona again. The summer heat was rough, and I don't think being pregnant helped out any. But now the weather in the 70's-80's and lovely! Fall is my favorite season and we miss out on all the pretty fall colors being here in Arizona, but there are other benefits. Since the weather is so great, Halloween and fall festivities are even more fun. And it's the time where everyone stops hibernating and finally comes out to play again. We've been having a blast with all out fall festivities!

Our ward puts on an awesome trunk or treat! Everyone comes. They have a chili cook off, tons of games for the kids, a dj with dancing, and then the trunk or treat when it gets dark (and people even bring popcorn and cotton candy machines for the trunk or treat!)
This was a pic someone in our ward too. I only took 2 pics of my kids before I put my camera away.

Last weekend Jordan's dad invited us to a Stake carnival. It was awesome!! SO big and SO fun! They had booths for every game you could imaging! Train rides, hay rides, cotton candy, popcorn, face painting, people making balloon animals for the kids, even a zip line, they had everything! Jordan and Steve took the kids over at 4:30 and I met them there around 6 when I got done with a photo shoot. We stayed till 7:30 and the party was still in full swing. They even had TONS of food left still with people still BBQing. It was great. We'll definitely be making it to this one again next year with Steve :)

This picture is about 1/5 of the whole carnival.
Calin's preschool class went on a field trip to Shnepf Farms. It's pretty expensive so we probably wouldn't have gone if we had to pay for all of us, but Calin was already payed for and Capri and I were 1/2 off since we were with the field trip. The place was huge. They had carnival rides, big jumping pillows, pig races, train rides, SO much stuff! We stayed for hours and still didn't get to do everything they had to offer.

We went to a Halloween party with all the other couples in Jordan's PT class. There sure a lot of kids! So far there has only been 1 more little one born since last year, but at least 4 more are joining the party soon. And finally another girl to join Capri in this crazy boy-land.

Jordan's school puts on a Founder's Day carnival each year. The kids love it since there are so many bouncy houses for them to play in!! And of course cotton candy and shaved ice :) This year they had a photo booth too. Calin picked out his own little costume to put on for it, as well as Jordan's. Calin was also able to climb the rock wall which he loved!!

I am so glad y'all could come. It was a great time had by all. I figured 2,000 to 2,500 people were there. Look at my weight lifting picture. Buns of steel. Calin beat me in soccer. I think he tripped me. Anyway Jordan said I did a perfect tuck and roll.

How fun is that, tons of parties now that the weather is good. So weird to think about that- Glad you are having a baby in the winter then, it'll be perfect for a nice walk in the mid 70's. :)
