Today I made a tag blanket for Calin.
I also made a nursing cover this week for a gift, but forgot to take a picture before I mailed it off.
One of my goals this year is to stick to our budget. So I have decided to try out the "cash system" so I made these cute envelopes a couple days ago.
Last night we bought a Jumperoo (just like cousin Ty's) off of craigslist.
Calin hasn't quite got the hang of it yet. He likes playing with the toys, but doesn't quite understand the jumping thing yet. I'm sure he'll catch on soon though.
Right before Christmas we also bought an entertainment center off craigslist. It's a big step up with the little shelf we've been using for 2 years :) I like how easy it will be to childproof!!
Jordan is back to his busy schedule as usual. He's taking 16 credits - mostly all upper division, still working as a athletic trainer on campus, and he's serving as Elders Quorum President in our ward. I'm pretty proud of him for keeping up with everything so well, and still making so much time for me and Calin. I sure am blessed with such a great guy!
And here's a silly picture of Calin (aka: powerful warrior)
And for all those who commented on this previous post, thanks for the great advise! I'll have to post soon on Calin's progress :)
Hope you all have a great weekend!

Oh man great minds think alike. I have been meaning to go to the store and buy the stuff for that Tag blanket too! I thought I would make one for Ty and for a friend of mine as well.
Cute Jumperoo you have there. Pretty soon he'll catch on I think. I just raised Ty to level 3! He is getting so long.
Cute little Calin you have there... Jordan is one busy fella, so I bet Calin is WAY excited when dad is home, just like Ty is when Matt finally gets home :)
Your tag blanket turned out cute! I've heard the cash systems is good for budgeting. Good luck with that. You are so crafty.
I remember the little mail box you made for sorting mail. It was so cute!! And your whole blog is amazing cute! What's a tag blanket?? And, is there a way to save everything you've done on your blog? Calin is just going to love the history of his life!!
Love you,
Mom
What a great blanket. I bet he loves to slobber all over that thing!! I know I would!
I'll be glad when Springtime is here and the snow in those pictures is gone. Here it is 69-70 degrees all week. I'll be working on my tan in March.
I love that last picture. Those diapers look full.
