I can't believe I went all week without a single post!
Well, here are two more recipes for you guys to try over the weekend ;)
Jordan even helped making this recipe card :)
It's great wrapped up as an enchilada style burrito also! Just pour some enchilada sauce on top and sprinkle on some cheese, put it in the oven just long enough for the cheese to melt.

Those look really yummy. And I really like the digi scrapping idea to record your recipes. Does it cost a lot to print? I'd like to learn more about it...
I love Calin on this new site but do away with the snow. Maybe some sunshine. Sure missing my family today.
I like the snow :) Good Recipes! I need to make that Pork sometime. Looks Delightful.
Yeah i have no idea why some pictures blow up when you click on them and others don't. For a while there mine never did but now they do. I dont know what changed! We need a techy in here to answer some questions for us :)
I want to try and make your Sweet Pork dinner. What is El Pato sauce? Also when I click on the recipe card to see it larger it cuts off the directions for the black beans.
Usually it has to do with how large your picture file is in order to click on it to enlarge it. If it's at high resolution and size when you upload it, it should be clickable.
Melissa-
You should be able to find El Pato sauce in the mexican food section at your grocery store. It's about the same size as an 8oz tomato sauce can. It's kind of an everything mexican sauce (though I've only used it with this recipe).
When you click on the picture it doesn't take you to the pica web album? Weird! I'll email it to you :)
